Responsibility of Members:

returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and

are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
silver-promotions.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
silver-promotions.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:

will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or

program, even if
silver-promotions.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,

aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Rewards:
Reward(s) will be send within 21 business days of request after meeting requirements or a reasonable time after. This to ensure completions were not reversed by the advertiser. We reserve the right until further notice, to hold the delivery process of any prize; if we suspect any fraudulent activity, regardless and no exceptions. This may include and not limited to completions reversals from the advertisers.
Requirements:
You must complete 6 Silver Offers. To request a free gift the first time, you must request an account validation to the administration from the "redeem page". Following that, we'll send you a letter that will include an unique code. You must submit to us that unique code. After we had verified your account, we'll then process the delivery of your gift.
Spam:

caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming

may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.

will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Miscellaneous:
This promotion is conducted exclusively by silver-promotions.com, and is subject to participation terms and conditions. Receipt of your item requires compliance with offer terms, including: age and residency requirements; registration with valid e-mail address, shipping address and phone number; completion of user survey and sponsor offers.
